Amanda's pink panty peeped out when she was in car as she arrived to attend the Tao Nightclub's three year anniversary celebration in The Venetian hotel at the Las Vegas, NV United States on November 8, 2008.
Along with that pink panty Amanada wore a mauve colored off shoulder outfit which showed her legs,for a glamorized look she accessorized her outfit with a black purse, silver heels and a pink nail enamel on her nails.
I don't think that is Amanda Bynes. While she does look a bit like Amanda, the smile is not quite right.
