last night Hayden Panettiere was spotted hamming it up on the red carpet at Declare Yourself’s Last Call Party, held at Los Angeles’ Green Door.
Declare Yourself is a national nonpartisan, nonprofit campaign to empower and encourage every eligible major in America to register and vote in the presidential primaries and 2008 presidential election.

And Miss Panettiere looked hot and stunning in a sparkly black top complete with matching black trousers and strappy black platform heels.
