The MTV Ema's will held in Berlin on November 5th, 2009 Katy Perry says, "I had a blast at last year’s EMAs, and I’m truly honoured to be asked to do it again! With MTV returning to Berlin for the 16th anniversary of the EMAs, we’ll also be celebrating an incredibly significant 20th anniversary for Germany.
