The 8th Annual Tree Lighting of a magnificent 90-foot White Fir Christmas tree illuminated the Los Angeles sky on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Citadel Outlets.More than 12,000 colored lights and bows will accent the glorious Christmas tree.
