Kim Kardashian was the star attraction at the The Red Dress Collection runway show on Thursday night at New York Fashion Week. She walked the runway, showing off her voluptuous shape in a one-shouldered Greek-style red dress, at the Heart Truth Fall 2010 Fashion Show.
