Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt debuted the first of their Halloween costumes out in LA last night. Heidi dressed like a true sexy police woman while Spencer played her very willing prisoner in another hilarious photo shoot in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Thursday night.
The Hills hot couple was in good spirits with Heidi playfully chasing Spencer down and even detaining him “behind bars” before heading off to a Halloween party.
